HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within a few business days of the order being placed, however we are always working to get the freshest ingredients and sometimes we may have to wait an extra day or two to get the freshest stock into your order!

Once dispatched, you will get an email with your tracking number.

Pooch Treats packs and dispatches from our warehouse in Coburg North, Victoria. 

 

WHAT POSTAL SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We use Australia Post and Sendle depending on location, with tracking numbers. If you have a specific delivery request please contact us. Please note, while we do our best to get our orders out ASAP, once your order has been dispatched the delivery is out of our control.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

$14.95 flat standard delivery fee applied for all orders under $100.

  

 

DO YOU SEND OVERSEAS?

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get dried jerky treats through customs so we do not currently send our treats overseas! However, if you are interested in buying Pooch Treats products on a larger scale, please contact us and we may be able to arrange something for you.
